How to find your SoftKeyShop order
Customers can look up orders by order number (SK-...) or the email used at checkout.
1. Check your email for a message from SoftKeyShop with the order number (starts with SK-).
2. Log in to your SoftKeyShop account → My Orders.
3. Share your order number or checkout email with support for help.
Paid orders deliver license keys and download links by email.
