Payments are confirmed via LicScript Pay. Refunds are handled by human support only.
- SoftKeyShop uses LicScript Pay for online payments.
- After payment succeeds, license keys / downloads are emailed automatically.
- Pending orders mean payment is not confirmed yet — finish payment or wait a few minutes.
## Refunds
The AI support bot cannot process refunds. Ask for human support and our team will review your request per the Refund Policy.
